The District Data Administrator is the top level user within the TAGLIT structure. This individual is often a district level administrator; a superintendent or technology coordinator, and is responsible for managing TAGLIT for the entire district. This user does not take the TAGLIT assessment.

The District Data Administrator must register the District, Schools and the School Leaders but may also register, the School Data Managers and Teachers.

| The District Data Administrator is the only user who may order District Level Reports. This individual may also order School Level Reports however reports at the school level may also be ordered by the School Leader and the School Data Manager. |
