| The TAGLIT structure is divided into entities and users. The top level entity is the school district. Individual schools are labeled by the corresponding student assessment. At the elementary level, while only students in grades 3-5 take the Elementary Assessment, all of elementary teachers take the Teacher Assessment. Within TAGLIT the Middle/High School entity denotes students in grades 6-12. This may be different from the way your district is actually structured; however, since students in grades 6-12 take the Middle/High School Assessment, for TAGLIT purposes, they are recognized under the Middle/High School entity. All teachers at the middle/high school level take the Teacher Assessment. Along with teachers and students, TAGLIT users include: |
